On June 22, 2008 Addie took her first consecutive steps. She's has been toying with standing and taking a half step every now and then, but now she has it mastered. She has discovered a whole new world of independence. She no longer needs her mother to trail behind her while she's crawling around. Walking has suddenly become the adventure for Addie where she knows no boundaries. She is everywhere, doing everything, getting into everything and keeping us all busy. But I love it. I couldn't ask for a sweeter, more loving child. This picture was taken right when she started "getting the hang of it".
